Service Satisfaction

At Ploxarelquidz, located in Los Angeles, California, United States, we strive to provide exceptional clothing tailoring and repair services. We stand behind our work and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every garment alteration and repair we perform for customers throughout the United States. Our Los Angeles tailoring studio specializes in professional clothing alterations, garment repairs, and custom fitting services.

Inspection Period

We encourage you to inspect your completed garments before leaving our Los Angeles studio. If you notice any issues with the tailoring work performed, please bring them to our attention immediately. We will address any concerns related to clothing alterations or repairs at no additional charge.

Revisions and Adjustments

If you are not satisfied with the fit or quality of our tailoring work in Los Angeles, we offer free revisions within 7 days of clothing alteration service completion, provided:

  • The requested changes are within the scope of the original garment alteration
  • The clothing item has not been damaged or altered by a third party
  • The revision request for tailoring work is reasonable and achievable

Refund Policy

Service Refunds

Refunds for tailoring services are considered on a case-by-case basis. We may provide a full or partial refund if:

  • We are unable to complete the requested work due to our error
  • The work performed does not meet our quality standards
  • We cannot correct issues through revision

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of service completion.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable:

  • Services completed to customer specifications that the customer later wishes to change
  • Work performed on garments that are damaged due to fabric weakness or age
  • Rush services that have been completed
  • Consultation fees if work has already begun

Garment Pickup

Completed garments must be picked up within 30 days of completion notification. After 30 days, a storage fee may apply. Garments left unclaimed for more than 90 days may be disposed of at our discretion.

Damaged Garments

While we take every precaution to handle your garments with care, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage that becomes apparent during alteration
  • Damage resulting from fabric weakness, age, or poor condition
  • Damage caused by customer's failure to follow care instructions
  • Garments damaged by third parties after leaving our studio

If damage occurs due to our error, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or compensation.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about our services, please contact us directly to discuss the issue. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Most concerns can be resolved through communication and revision.
