Service Terms

Consultation and Estimates

We provide free consultations at our Los Angeles, California location to assess your clothing tailoring and repair needs. Estimates are provided based on the complexity of garment alteration work required and may be adjusted if additional tailoring work is discovered during the alteration process.

Payment Terms

Payment is required upon completion of tailoring services in the United States. We accept cash and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for extensive garment alterations or custom tailoring work in Los Angeles.

Completion Time

Standard clothing alterations are typically completed within 3-7 business days at our Los Angeles studio, depending on the complexity of tailoring work and current workload. Rush tailoring services may be available for an additional fee.

Customer Responsibilities
